It was a busy weekend, but our son is graduated!!!! All the family was there and we had a great time. I also took pictures, but alas I left my camera at my daughter's. Bummer - I'll have to post pics later. But I did post a pic of the quilt I made for our second daughter for her college quilt. Happy Quilting!
Welcome to the blog world! Thank you for your nice comment on my blog. You are set on no reply so I did not have a way to contact you.
ReplyDeleteWhat a special quilt you made for your daughter.
You and I are both relatively new to this blog thing, but we have some things in common. My oldest two children (daughters) are married. (My two sons are in college--they both just moved out the day after Mother's Day.) We live on my husband's family farm. His brother keeps sheep and goats and has a border collie. I love scrap quilts and vintage patterns. The quilts you have made are beautiful--especially the double wedding ring. I have started one, but who knows when it will get finished. Tell us about the quilt with the bear in the middle. I also love Robert Duncan's art and have a couple of his prints in my home.
